Creating a Pawsitive Experience

We strive to provide the best care possible to as many pets as possible. While we help clients from all over the world, our approach isn’t for everyone. If you haven’t already watched our “Are We A Good Fit For You” video, we suggest that you start there. 

Additionally, you can help us to ensure your experience is a positive one by: 

  1. Understanding our limitations as a telemedicine practice,
  2. Appreciating that we are helping many clients every day, and
  3. Keeping your communications with us organized and concise. 

To that end, the following information and guidelines are designed to help improve the quality of the service that you and your pet receive from us:

  • We are NOT available to treat emergencies. If your pet is seriously ill or injured, please take it in to be seen at a local vet. There is a home treatment section on our Resources page that will give you parameters as to when it is imperative to take your pet in to be seen. 
  • We have many resources on our website regarding basic care for your pet. We suggest that you utilize these as you may find many answers to your questions here and will not need to wait for a reply.  See our Home Treatment link for more information.
  • E-mail responses may take up to 48 hours and are only returned during normal business operating hours. (see hours listed below)
  • Please remember to check your spam folder if you are waiting for a response from us. That happens often.
  • Expect no more than one e-mail response per day. Once you have your ‘turn’ with an e-mail, you will be moved to the back of the ‘line,’ so to speak, and other clients will be given priority. Therefore, we suggest that you consolidate questions into one correspondence. This will help us serve as many clients as possible each day.
  • Simple questions will only be answered via e-mail if it is a follow-up from a consult, such as clarification on treatments, diet questions, changes in the pet’s conditions, or requested records or photos.
  • Medical conditions that have not been discussed during a consultation will NOT be addressed via e-mail. If you ask a question in this manner, you will be asked to schedule a consultation.

 

Regular business hours:

  • Sunday: Closed.
  • Monday: Closed. We do have email/text monitoring services to help with scheduling and basic issues only.
  • Tuesday: 10:00am-3:00pm Mountain – Nutrition consults only! Dr Judy is available for e-mail correspondence.
  • Wednesday: 10:00am-3:00pm Mountain
  • Thursday: 10:00am-3:00pm Mountain
  • Friday: 10:00am-3:00pm Mountain
  • Saturday: 10:00am-1:00pm Mountain
