Creating a Pawsitive Experience

Note that this service only creates an appointment request. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us that your request has been booked. Appointment availability can change quickly.
Note – Consultation hours are Tuesday-Friday, 8am–4pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm Mountain Time Zone, USA. If you live outside of our area, timezone, or country, please be aware of the difference between your local timezone and our time zone when scheduling your appointment date and time.
Making an Appointment Request
1. Click HERE to access our Pet Portal.
2. Enter your client information, using the same Email, Phone, First & Last names we have on file for you.
3. The portal will email you a verification code. Enter that code to login to the Portal.
4. Click the Book an Appointment button, Select your pet, and click Next.
5. Choose an Existing Client appointment type as the Reason for Visit.
6. Then enter your reason for the appointment into Additional Info, and click Next.
7. Choose a Date and Time for your appointment, and click Next.
8. Finally, click the Request Appointment button to submit your request.
You will shortly receive either an appointment confirmation, or a request to schedule a different date/time.
